Serevan is voted “The Best New Restaurant 2006 ” in the Hudson Valley.

Since opening its doors to the public on May 5, 2005, Serevan has emerged as one of the best restaurants in the Hudson Valley.  Serge’s creativity and passion, along with his distinctive use of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors continue to win him high praise.

Bernadette Vail of the Hudson Valley Magazine called Serevan “A Culinary Masterpiece ”; and  Poughkeepsie Journal’s Daniel Mochone identified it as “…a Blend of the Exotic, Eclectic and Extraordinary …” Serge shares a Favorite Recipe in Best of the Hudson Valley 2005 .  Serevan Restaurant makes the “Top Ten Restaurants in the Hudson Valley ” list by the Poughkeepsie Journal. 

Though rave reviews are wonderful for a restaurant, Serge and his team take their greatest pleasure in the relationships they have developed with their guests, who return to Serevan from both the surrounding towns and villages, and also from all over the Hudson Valley  and beyond.
